Coming from the Roman catholic background, I am getting stuck with many questions.

Being born-again, I desire to know new testament and Lord Jesus better. So, I had been watching God tv channel and others whichever are broadcast in cable-tv.

I am very confused.

What is the "prosperity gospel"? Why people on TV keep asking us to give them money , I am talking about christian ministries.

Even on internet, most of the sermons talk about becoming rich only. why?

When the bible says there is no condemnation for a believer forever, why people still say Holy Spirit will point out sins of a born-again person ? I need to know more about the Holy Spirit please.

Again Prashanth, I know you have already spent a lot of time answering my questions and they were all very helpful and made me peaceful, free and joyful.

But I don't know why whenever I see these other programs on TV, I loose my peace and feel scared, that I am not good enough for God.

Hi Anita,

Interesting questions. But I am about to travel today and won't be available on this site for sometime.

But I will try to answer the questions briefly.

These are my personal suggestions, as you respect me as a teacher, so, I do care for your soul.

You, as a new born again believer, should STOP watching god-tv and other spiritual tv programs,

but attend a local church, personally read the new testament, seeking the Lord Jesus.

Pray this prayer:

"Heavenly Father ABBA, I come to your Throne of Grace, by the blood of Jesus your beloved son and ask you to

Fill me with the Holy Spirit, I ask you as your son, as: your son Jesus is, so am I in this world, in the name of

your son Jesus Christ..Thank you Lord you heard my prayer, as you always do, and I received the Holy Spirit. Amen".

Holy Spirit:

1. will NEVER point out your mistakes, but confirms that you are as righteous as Jesus.

(Hebrews 10:15-17)

2.It is our own heart/conscience or devil or other people who condemn us, and in those cases

you must quote Hebrews 10:15-17, Ephesians 1:7, Romans 4:24-5:1, 2 cor 5:21 and assure yourself

that you are ok..righteous,,and not be sin-conscious but righteous-conscious.

3.Holy Spirit will teach you bible and all other things too. John 14:26, 16:13-15

About money:

My personal opinion, as well as, as per what I understand from new testament:

A Born again person, should seek and have fellowship with Father and Jesus, meditate on the words of Jesus.

The terms : BECOME RICH, MAKE MONEY, BECOME A MILLIONAIRE/BILLIONAIRE, are POISON to a believer.

That is a TRAP from the devil and forces of darkness to keep a believer away from Father and Jesus.

We are IN the world and NOT OF the world, our citizenship is in heaven: kingdom of God.

Phil 3:18-21, colossians 3:1-5, 1 Timothy 6:6-21, 1 john 2:15-17, John 17:16, Colossians 1:13,

Hebrews 13:5-8, Matthew 6:19-21, 25-34, Luke 12:15-21

Don't try to judge any other person, as we all are not perfect and don't let ANYONE control your life except Holy Spirit, Jesus and Heavenly father.

Take decisions in your life based on the peace of God in your heart. (Colossians 3:15, John 14:1)

Don't get trapped by any leader: man/woman, we all are same in Christ. (Gal 3:25-29, 4:1-9, Matthew 23:8-10)

Please go through all those verses I mentioned, calmly.

I am sorry I can't explain these things in detail.

I will do so when I get time.

As a new born-again believer, at least for 3 months, meditate on:

John 14, 16, 1 John chapters 4&5, Romans chapters 5 & 8, Ephesians chapters 1 & 2, Colossians 1 & 2,

Hebrews chapter 10

Anita, PS is right....I have found that you have to be very careful as to which preachers you hear the word from because they will confuse you. This is why it is important to read the scriptures for yourself and asked the Holy Spirit to reveal His truth to you. This will give the knowledge to know who is feeding you food from the wrong tree. I believe that joseph prince and andrew womack tend to do a good job but don't take my word for it or anyone one elses for that matter. This is the most important understanding that you can get in this world and we don't won't to make a mistake by hap hazzardly listening to just anyone. God's word says that if you ask to recieve the truth he will give you His Truth. If seek you will find the Truth. Keep seeking and your eyes will be opened....R

I appreciate it.
Now PS has come to India and as per his teaching I have been reading
John 14-16, 1 John 4-5, Romans 5 & 8, Eph 1-2, Col 1-2.

I am blessed. God has sent him to India just for us..! I know Jesus loves me.

Now I am baptized in the Holy Spirit and praying in tongues too! My dad too !
That was again through PS, as he led us through the bible as to, how to receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

I asked PS to pray for my dad to be healed of a tumor in his neck.
In turn, PS taught me through Mark 11:23,24 as to how to do it myself and after 2 days of my consistent speaking to my dad's tumor, it disappeared ! Ooh I didn't know it was so easy.
How much money we wasted going to the docs.
Jesus has been tooo good to us.
