what do i do when its seems all my strength is gone.

for months ive been praying and waiting expectantly for breakthroughs in certain areas of my life, but for the past two weeks now. i got to this point where when i try to pray i dont even know what to say, i cant even speak in tounges, im just tired and most times i just say a few words, just talk to God and thats it.And i can no longer read my Bible like i should..

And im disturbed because these are the weapons of the believer. Although ive been listening to tapes and all but i know that is not enough.

people please any answers, has anyone been here before or am i alone.

No your not alone, I know exactly what your talking about. I have waited years, prayed every prayer I know to pray and prayed every way I know to pray. I have had depths of despair at times. Many times my hope would soar cause it looked as if the answer was on its way, just to have those hopes dashed. Even today I find my self wondering why I keep going. But against hope I HOPE. Meaning my heart is heavy, my circumstances are enough to make me want to give up and the deceiver is in my ear telling me to give up. Because I am a believer of God's goodness, I stand in faith. I have set my heart like a flint, I had rather die in faith than doubt the Father's love for me. No,I dont understand and yes I want to spit nail at times but If God freely gave me Jesus will he not freely give me all things. Gods ways are higher than I can comprehend. I pray GRACE for this time in your life to make you strong and bold in your FAITH. God bless you

I was looking for something tonight on gospeldelights and as I scrolled down came across your cry for help.

Well Bola, the best advice I can give to you is to get baptized in the Holy Spirit as soon as possible. Why? you may ask? Well, because the Holy Spirit knows how to pray and He will intecede with the Fathe on your behalf. When you allow the Holy Spirit full control and allow Him to lead and guide you He will give you beauty for ashes, He will bring beauty into your life and He will colour your life. Remember God created everything and it was in chaos, and the bible says; "He (Holy Spirit) beautified the Heavens...." Yes, He will do the same in your life. I believe the enemy doesn't want us to pray at times , and he will distract us and get us frustrated, I experienced all of this in my own life so I can

relate. Never give in to the enemy, keep your trust in God, ask Him to help you in your weakness, and cast all your worries, fears and concerns upon Him, He is faithfull and His grace and His mercies are new each day! Bola, I would like to add to this as it may help others too, so I will be back in the next few days to continue. May God shower you with all His Love and show you His loving-kindness and favor.
