Permalink Reply by Loaves And Fishes Ministries on March 27, 2011 at 10:39pm Congrats Prashanth! That's great news.
May the Grace of Jesus continue to bless your marriage.

Andy, regarding your question, we too believe that Jesus will be coming back. But be wary of those who try to put an exact date/time on His return, especially if they're trying to draw people to themselves and/or their ministry, instead of focusing on Jesus and His perfect, finished work.
God's Word specifically says in Matthew 24:36 that, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."
Also, Jesus came to bring peace, not panic.
John 14:27 says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."
Prophecies that aim to create panic and fear need to be carefully tested against the Word of God to see if they hold any ground.
Yes, we should all be prepared for Jesus' return, as per the parable of the ten virgins, but we shouldn't let unbased prophecies take our eyes off of Jesus and the peace/abundant life He died to give us.
May we live each day fruitfully through the Love and Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
P.S. To those who may have been troubled by the recent surge in doomsday prophecies, remember, Jesus slept soundly through the storm around Him. When He was roused by His disciples' fear, He simply silenced the storm and reclaimed the peace.
When in fear or doubt, simply call out to Jesus and allow Him to bring His peace to pass in your life.
Be Greatly Blessed,

I do agree with you as no one can exactly predict the time of Jesus's return. Yet, youtube is full of speculations and some of them guarantee too on May21st.
Ya, we are ready, because of Jesus's cross and his blook :-)
Permalink Reply by Loaves And Fishes Ministries on April 3, 2011 at 3:32am Hi Andrew,
I believe you're referring to the prediction by Harold Camping, who made similar predictions years ago that the world would end in September 1994.
Here's a critic of Camping's May 21st prediction which you can compare with what's written on his website.
More importantly, we should always allow God's Word, wisdom, and discernment to guide us. Just because many people agree on something doesn't necessarily mean it's true. (i.e. The story of the 12 spies who was sent to scout on Canaan. Turns out, the 10 were wrong and only 2 were right. By listening to the 10, Israel ended up wandering the the wilderness for 40 years.)
In any case, like what you've said, those who received Jesus are already saved, whether He returns tomorrow, or another 2000 years later.
Be Greatly Blessed.
